It's access to the Great Eastern Highway makes it both easy to get to, and gives guests the opportunity to explore the nearby town of Mundaring – with its quaint coffee-shops and the award winning Little Caesars Pizza restaurant.
The historic town of York which can be reached in around forty-five minutes and hosts festivals for arts & crafts, jazz and antiques, and sports heritage museums and shops where the exquisite local woodcraft is sold. Alternatively, guests can take a longer day-trip to New Norcia – home of the Benedictine Monastery, where monks sell freshly baked goods and olive oil which can be enjoyed whilst soaking in the beautiful Spanish architecture.
